A full-body series of Pilates based stretches and movements designed to increase flexibility and range of motion in the body. Suggested Equipment: Mat and Full-size resistance band.
Virtual Arms & Abs
– M/W 9:30-10
A series of Pilates based movements designed to shape, sculpt and strengthen the muscles of the core and upper body. Suggested Equipment: Mat, resistance band and 1-5 lb free weights or weighted balls.
– T/TH 8-8:30, W 12-12:30, F 11-11:30
A full-body series of Classical Pilates movements. Suggested Equipment: Mat
Virtual Pilates for Athletes – M 10:30-11, T/TH 12:30-1, F 12-12:30
A full body fast paced class designed to lengthen and strengthen the muscles. Intermediate to advanced level. Suggested Equipment: Mat, resistance band and 1-5 lb free weights or weighted balls. *1-3 lb ankle weights also helpful but not required.
Class Pricing: $10 per 30 minute session. Payable by Venmo @fokus-pilates or with existing Fōkus Pilates series credit.
Classes must be paid for in advance and a completed virtual waiver must be submitted. All classes should be scheduled at least one hour in advance of start time to ensure access and availability. Virtual interactive private sessions and private group sessions are available by appointment. Please contact us for pricing and more information.Virtual access will be through the Zoom application.
